I am the recipient of the International Nikon Award and have been able to pursue my passion for photography into a successful career. I curate and lead photography trips in India and the sub-continent.I have been leading and putting together photo tours for the past decade and curate and lead photography trips with global Photo Tour companies. I work closely with brands like National Geographic Traveller India, Lonely Planet, Olympus, Manfrotto, Nikon and Gura Gear. I conduct virtual travel photography workshops with Nat Geo Traveller India.
I am a ‘Nikon Expert’ travel photographer, passionate about capturing people in their environment. My goal is to tell their unique life stories through visual imagery.
My image has been featured on the cover page of the National Geographic Traveller India Magazine, November 2017 edition. I am a contributing photographer to National Geographic India and conduct Photography Talks, Webinars and Workshops for them.
My photographs have been exhibited at the acclaimed venue, National Center for Performing Arts in Mumbai, at the Indian Photography Festival in Hyderabad and at The Indian Society of Arts - JPD gallery in Vienna. My most recent exhibit was at the photography society of St. Stephens College, Delhi University.
My project on Spiritual India (The Naga Sadhus – Naked Saints) was short-listed by the National Geographic "All Roads Photography Program".
As a responsible Indian citizen, I believe in giving back to the country to the best of my abilities. I provide my images on a free-to-use basis, to The Indian Ministry of Tourism for the Incredible India 2.0 campaign that was re-launched as a new initiative by the Ministry of Tourism to overhaul its digital campaigns with a fresh look.
